1. Items offered are subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which we do not have available stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money to the customers. We will not be responsible for losses if any incurred by customers due to such cancellation.

2. Consecrated items are not returnable. When making a purchase, customers should be aware that these items are considered final sales. In contrast, other products can be returned under certain conditions, such as if there is a genuine defect or damage, or if the wrong item was shipped​.

7. We as a merchant shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
   信用卡之持卡人，若交易金額超過本站與收單銀行當時約定之限額，導致交易授權被拒，所生直接或間接之損失或損害，本站不負賠償責任。
   
   
8. Purchasing from Isha Life Taiwan may be considered an overseas transaction, and your bank may charge a 1.5% overseas transaction fee. For more details, please contact your card-issuing bank.

ISHA LIFE ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE RELATING TO MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. All warranties are with any 3rd party manufacturers.

Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is placed.

If you have placed an order and for any reason it has not shipped yet, you can contact us by any methods which we have provided. We will make every attempt to make sure that a canceled order does not ship. We will then cancel the order and give a full refund. In the event that you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped and is out of our control, we will not be able to cancel the order.
